We stand behind the products we sell and want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you’re not 100% satisfied you can return your item(s) for a full refund within 30 days of purchase (excluding shipping). Returns made up to 60 days of purchase, or without original receipt, will be eligible for store credit. Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Returning Fly Rods & Reels

Fly rods can be returned only if used on the lawn. We are unable to accept returned fly rods if the plastic on the cork handle has been removed, if the rod has been fished, or if the warranty has been registered. Same goes for fly reels. If the reel has been fished it is considered unreturnable.

Returning Fly Lines

Fly lines may be returned only if in original packaging. Basically, we don’t want the loops at either end of the fly line to have any kinks or other sign that they were looped on to backing or leader.

Returning Waders & Wading Boots

Waders and wading boots may be returned if tried on inside only. We are unable to accept returned waders or wading boots that have been worn outside or used.


In case of warranty or manufacturer’s defect it is generally easiest to go directly through the manufacturer, however we are happy to assist.


We will invoice you or issue you a refund if there is a price difference between the exchanged item(s) and the new item(s). As soon as we receive the returned item(s) we’ll send you the new item(s) based on our standard shipping policy.


Once we receive your returned item(s) we’ll process your refund through your original method of payment.
