Description
The Burkheimer 8115-4 is a fantastic choice when fishing for medium to larger sized anadromous fish when casting space is limited. This rod is short and powerful, capable of casting heavy sink tips, big flies, and has the backbone to handle thick bodied critters.
We like to pair this rod with a 475 grain OPST Commando head to fish the overgrown coastal rivers of OR, WA, and BC for winter steelhead. It has gained popularity as a shop favorite.
