Women’s Intro to Fly Fishing Class

Our Women’s Intro to Fly Fishing Class is a four hour crash course for ladies only that will teach you the fundamentals of fly fishing, including the essential equipment, accessories, nomenclature, and basic fly casting technique. We present this information in an easily digestible format and with one goal in mind: for you to leave with a general understanding of both what is needed to go fly fishing and the way that a fly line and fly rod work together to cast a fly. Additionally, it is our intent that after completing our four hour Intro to Fly Fishing Class you’ll be able to more easily absorb information from other sources and help you create a steeper learning curve. Class is limited to 6 students.
Date / Time / Place:Sunday, May 19th– Class starts at 9:00am at Bend Fly Shop – 50 SE Scott St, Bend, OR 97702. The second half of the class is held at Farewell Bend Park – 1000 SW Reed Market Rd, Bend, OR 97702. Class will finish about 1:00pm.
